The best aspects of Turvaposti are the effortless setup, the fact that it is a Finnish service, and recipient identification with an SMS password. We send Turvaposti messages centrally from our office email, for example when sending statements, communicating with our therapists/instructors, or when needed in communication with our partners. Receiving delivery and read receipts is particularly important when we need to be absolutely certain that the email reaches the recipient. We do not have experience with exactly similar services, but for example Outlook’s own encrypted message feature is familiar to us.
