We maintain and develop an encrypted email service (Securedmail) that has been protecting the electronic communications of Finnish organizations since 2004.
Securedmail is used by companies, associations and public sector organizations. The number of users of the encrypted email service can range from one to several thousand.
The service can be deployed without any hardware or software installations.
Our AAA credit rating guarantees the stability and continuity of our operations, as well as our ability to invest in excellent customer service and high information security.
Securedmail’s information security management system has been granted certification for compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard (2/2026, Into Certification Oy).
We comply with all requirements of the Finnish Cybersecurity Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as, where applicable, the requirements of the National Security Auditing Criteria (KATAKRI 2020).
The encryption methods used in Securedmail have been granted Finnish patents (FI116815 and FI125832B), a European patent (EP3286891) and a US patent (US 10,341,120 B2).
The company is 100% Finnish-owned, with the personnel and subcontractors owning almost the entire share capital.
